I want to thank everyone who took a few minutes to leave a comment on my post about the “blahs.” There was some sunlight today, which I think helped a little bit. But, more importantly, all of your encouragement has been uplifting. I’m still struggling, but I know that my mood will come around eventually. I really need to get decorating for Christmas and pay my business accounting some attention, so I hope that I’m back to normal soon!

I’m sorry you’re struggling with the “blahs”. I find myself getting a little blah-feeling at this time of the year as well. I think it’s a combination of things – the change in weather, shorter days, the anticipation and stress of the holidays, among other things. Hopefully you’ll get to feeling better soon!
I think there’s too much pressure during the holidays to be jolly. It can have the opposite effect.
Sunlight is GREAT, isn’t it? A bit of sun and I feel like a human again…
Dear Jenna, thank YOU for being you. Thank you for your sweet card today. That was my sunlight today.
I want to put up my little Christmas tree tonight too! It wasn’t possible before because the tree and decorations are put away in the highest closet in the flat, and I can’t reach it, not even with a sane foot 😉 But Seb is home tonight! 🙂
Sending love and smiles your way! (((Jenna)))
Barbara is so right! Glad to hear that there is a little sunlight peeping through-makes all the difference! {{{hugs}}}
Hi Jenna:
Hang in there!!! Our daughter, Tori, came home & lucky me — she pulled out the decs and by morning … the tree up & decorated, stockings hung on the rail, and a few holiday items adorned the end tables. I swear, I am so lucky : )
{{{{Jenna}}}} Glad to hear you’re see a few rays of sunshine
Here’s to hoping you feel more like yourself really soon! Take care and BIG {{{HUGS}}}
Am just catching up, so I missed the Blah post Jenna, but I’m glad to hear you’re feeling a little better. Christmas is a tricky time, I’m going through the same feelings too. But I know that sometimes, acknowledging the blahs is what helps to chase them away. Take care hon 🙂
